I have been reliably informed that Anna has left RGM - sadly.
It appears she was the "performer"

Luckily I used the two pronged approach and emailed Lawrence...still to no avail...thanks for the heads up šŸ‘

Are any of you guys in the UK getting any service from RGM.
Us antipodeans don't seem to be getting any response.
Cheers

(just don't mention cricket - I did once but I think I got away with it!)

Just don't leave your crease.
I have never had any problems getting things from RGM but then it's been so long ago now, haven't needed anything.
I never worry about tracking my orders, to many scammers, I just wait till it shows up, but RGM is normally pretty quick even to Aus.

I would have agreed with you last year.
Things seem to have changed for the worse in the last 4-6 months

A automated email on receipt of payment is a simple assurance to the customer as is a provided tracking # ..."its not cricket" šŸ¤£

I ordered some stuff from RGM a couple of weeks ago. Got the confirmation email straight away. I ordered them at the weekend so response must have been automated. Had another email to say they had been despatched on Monday and parts arrived on Tuesday.

I know they have said they are too busy to reply to emails. Maybe they should be open about that on their website. You have to phone to get a response. Easy enough for us in the UK but not so for folks the other side of the world.

Two months ago great service from RGM. Even answered a few prepurchase question emails. Then that stopped. I went ahead with an order in sort of a blind faith mode that I would get parts that would work on the odd duck P11. I eventually got an email about staffing problems making it difficult to respond to email and that was the last email I got just before my shipment arrived. That email might have been from the last man standing (Roger), not sure though. After the shipment arrived no more email. I gave up on email parts question communication. Phone probably does work, but I haven't tried the phone.

If any of the consumable pieces of the RGM parts I purchased wear out, I would order them again from RGM. At this point I would not expect any email other than the automated order received, order dispatched type.

Yeah that's my beef really...because once I pressed pay ...i got a notice that a confirmation email will follow...maybe they are just flat-out ...will see what Monday brings...once apon a time we would sit up at night and get on the phone to order bits...mind you that was a long time ago...good communication is key

A confirmation/ dispatch type email is long overdue in my book...will see what tomorrow brings...not impressed to date...the last time I ordered from them Anna emailed me straight back after a parts inquiry question etc...

Hopefully your stuff will show soon. Communication is not great though, so is a bit annoying.

Its always a problem when someone good at their job leaves, Anna was great at what she did when ordering parts and answering emails, but people do move on and training someone to fall into her shoes will always be a task to for fill, hope where or what ever she is now doing wish her all the best, I have never had any problems with dealing RGM but my Norton is pretty reliable it's been sometime since I needed to send away for parts.
As well any staff would have their own email for contact.

Sad to hear she has moved on. The longer we are on the list, the longer the list of who has left grows. Think of all the people who were listmates that are gone. Look at some of the join dates: read 'em and weep!

Yes the last time I dealt with Anna...it was a trouble free engagement...prior to that was probably 30 years ago....
I generally support our local parts supplier when I can... for run of the mill bits in pieces..
