RGM Master Cylinder Reline Kit Instructions

Does anyone have the RGM Reline Kit instructions they could send me. At Christmas I received a large order from RGM and the reline kit did not come with the instructions. Given the dificulty in reaching RGM lately I thought this might me the easiest way and it is something that might best be posted in the technical section. I have a mill and am perfectly capable of modifying the MC but would like to not have to "reinvent the wheel". Thanks in advance and feel free to send as a PM if you prefer. Thanks in advance.
