rear wheel bearings

Hi all, need to change the right hand rear wheel bearing on my mates mk3 size 20x47x14 and i have in my possesion a few bearings of the same size they are FAG 6204-2RSR C3 and they are the sealed type ,can anyone identify these and are they suitable for the job in hand . as always thanks in advance for any replies Brian

The bearing type is correct, and a 2RSR type is fine, however a 'C3' bearing has slightly more internal clearance than a standard bearing, and I would think a C3 bearing might develop some bearing play and begin to feel loose rather more quickly than a standard bearing?

Considering that decent quality bearings can be bought for only a few pounds, in my opinion, it would probably be better to fit a standard clearance bearing, rather than have to change it again after only a couple of thousand miles?
