Primary Oil Leak found

I have marked the photo with an arrow.
Could oil be weeping down from the right of the photo along the path of the arrow?
The colour around the arrow looks a little different

i have one of those torches somewhere, I'll see if i can find it. I have ordered flaw detector & developer to see if there are any defects in either casing
