I see than many run type F ATF and others 20-50 oil that's wet clutch approved. Anyone use Redline shockproof heavy gear oil with positive or negative results?

20-50 is what the factory recommended, but clutch plates get glazed and start sticking after a while. That's what drove the shift to ATF. Gear oil would be a mistake.

Red Line V twin Primary Chaincase Oil........on my MK3 ....Red Line gear oil in the gearbox....which is actually Blue!.....

I have used Redline MTL and MT90 for years and thousands of miles in the primary and the gearbox. Works wonders in the gearbox, but I honestly can't say it is any better than anything else in the primary. I've also used ATF, and Torco Harley Davidson specified primary oil. If I had to guess, probably Torco is the best. I suspect the shockproof version to be a bit heavy, or a bit too slippery for the clutch, but try it out and tell us.
