Will a cover off a 1972 750 fit a 1973 850, I dont have the parts book for a 750 to compare part no's?

Thanks LAB, put in the no. from my parts book for the 850 and it auto loads to show 1971 750, did for each year and always reverts to same part, ie 1971 750 Outer Case.
Sounds good to me.

Another way would be to select the year model from the dropdown menu, find the relevant group, and cross check the number with the other year group.

You might also try Old Britts web page. They have on-line parts books for all (I think) of the commandos, listed by year.
