Today I wrote the check for the DMV license tag $129. Tomorrow I will call Hagerty to go ahead with my insurance quote of $120.
Then I will mail the DMV check. Hopefully in a week or two I will be legit for road work again. My little friend has been resting for
a couple of years I would think. She got a new battery, grips, plugs, and a tank repair. Maybe before I do all that I will role her out
and light her off. I have even money on her coming to life on the first kick. Then I will have a quick cruise to make sure she as
wonderful as she used to be.

and the next few months in many places may be just right for garage project time, and riding about with visor and gloves on... just saying..

Gorgeous gorgeous bike.54 degrees and roughly 60 miles today. Been riding my Ironhead a lot lately. Taking the Norton out today was like riding on a magic carpet in comparison.
Smooth as silk and happy as a clam. What a beautiful machine. Grateful to have her in my life.
