After the receptionist at our local government tried to fob my request for information off (probably part of her job) I said, "Can I talk to someone who knows what they're talking about?"
Her response was, "I am offended by that remark!"
I said, "Well, that was my intent, and last I heard it's not a fatal condition. So, who can I talk to on this issue?"
