Phone number

Can someone from the United States specifically tell me how in the world I can call Andover Norton. I am having an extremely hard time in placing a phone call across the seas. I’ve tried everything that I know.

Should be 011 44 1264 359565 for a land line and +44 1264 359565 for a cell/mobile phone from the US and allow for the time difference as it's almost 6.00 PM in the UK at the time of posting this. Don't use the single '0' as that's for UK callers (01264).

Anyone else having trouble? I got through to the recording where you selelct which department so I pressed 1 for ordering and it says my call can’t go through.

If all else fails always press 0 , this should take you to a human.

If I remember correctly:

To call from the US to anywhere that doesn't have a US-type Area code you dial 011 then the country code then the phone number. If the phone number starts with or more 0, drop them. If the phone number is short, like 5 numbers, that's for within an area and can't be dialed from outside so you need a better number. On a cell phone you dial + rather than 011

To dial the US from outside the US, you dial 001 Area Code Number. (00 is the access to International and 1 is the US country code). On a cell phone you dial +1 rather than 001

One good place to lookup country codes: https://www.countrycode.org/ It has lots of additional info beside the country code.
