Any of you old farts out there have this? I've been having trouble with my feet for maybe 10 years, started like I just don't want to stand up/around. All I want to do is sit down. Not that I can't walk, but my feet hurt all the time, even in bed. So couple years ago I went to the neurologist dr, to the foot dr, gp dr, it's like I'm the only person in the world with this issue. Finally the other day I go to a local Orthopedic surgeon and he 'suspects PN (nebulous term for something they don't know). Gave me a prescription for Gabepenten (Neronton). It's mostly for people with epilepsy, but it also seems to work with nerve issues. I've taken it before when I had fractured neck/arm pains and it didn't do crap, I have nerve issues in my left hand/arm from the neck injury in 05. Anyhow I'm going to try it again because now the pains are going up near my knees and it's very tiresome, won't leave me alone, wakes me up at night. He told me to work up to 3 pills a day, but I'm going to try 2 a day for a while and see what happens. I'm only on the 2nd day. I do seem to notice a different feeling in my feet, but I don't want to feel my feet all the time. I don't have diabetes which is a big cause of this.
I'd like to hear of others with this issue, if there are any. I can still start the Norton though, just did it the other week, didn't ride however. I can walk miles too, but my legs are not what they used to be and feet of course get real tired, I think it's the nerves in the legs going with this PN crap/age.
