Has anyone ever painted their calipers?
Mine doesn't look like its going to polish easily if at all.
It's a Norvil AP Lockheed. I was going to go with silver heat paint kit for calipers.
Just wondering if this is the easy way out or just a kludgy method?
Thanks

I have used a bead blast paint that is made for cases, But you can get many others that will give a different look. Most important thing as you know is prep.

As Std these calipers have a hard anodised finish, if you take it to an anodiser they will deanodise it and then it will polish. Don't try to deanodise it yourself as you do not want to mess up the piston bores.

I have paited callipers in the past (grimeca and brembo) sprayed them like bodywork
just used ordinary car paint .But be carefull when bleeding of course .
Since i never clean the bikes with high pressure water that isn t a problm either

Why do you say it won't polish? They sure look nice polished in IMO so I would try for that if you can

Correct Horton.
I figure prepped properly, a nice silver or black or grey(?) would be ok.
And then either painting the disc the same or getting a stainless replacement for the disc.
Sure would like to see some examples though.
Yours look real pretty polished tpeever!
