With the clutch hub still on the bike, take a driven plate and weld/bolt a long steel bar or tube for a handle. Use this to turn the clutch hub while applying the brake. This will compress the large rubbers and you can "pick" out the small ones. Once the small ones are removed the large ones are easy to remove.
