I switched to SmugMug. You have to pay a subscription fee but it's worth it.

thanks Debby, giving it a go now, just uploaded a video "one throttle cable"

I use PictureTrail.

You can create albums and make each one public or private.

Free up to a certain capacity, I've been at the highest for at least 5 years, only $40 a year.

I'm another about to jump ship from PB. Is there a way to migrate everything over?

I have never heard of a way to migrate them, and even so, any links you posted in previous forum posts would be invalidated.

I have THOUSANDS (literally) of photos on at least a dozen forums that depend on me maintaining my PictureTrail account now; so, I'm staying put.

Hell I haven't posted a picture in sol long that I've forgotten how to access my PB account. :(

Photobucket blew up on me a couple years ago and has been failing since. I left all my pics on Photobucket that were already there (sometimes you can see them, sometimes not, but uploading had become impossible) and went to SmugMug for all my new ones.

That way the pics that are already posted on forums will still be there, but I can upload and link to new pictures easily without putting up with PB's problems ....

I started using Amazon Prime Photos. Unlimited photo storage with an Amazon Prime membership.
I've been moving stuff off Photobucket because it's become so slow and filled with ads.
I'm already paying for Prime membership so it's a no brainer. I'm pretty happy with it so far.

Still using PB, but yes it's a pain, but gotten a bit better recently. There for a while I couldn't do anything, but recently it seems sort of OK. I guess I'll stick with it until it goes belly up.

PB stopped working with my ad blocker yesterday, I can't get to loaded photos for the links without disabling the ad blocker. There are way too many ads and pop ups to not have an ad blocker on PB so will be going elsewhere.

I think PB got hacked yesterday.
It returned to normal operation later with the ad blocker on.

Yes, back to working but a lot of hacking of that site and shutdowns means I will still be looking for an alternative.
