Old Britts is awesome. Every time I have called I have had a good experience. I have noticed that when my wife calls they help too! I just got back from another out of country job and she was able to (with the help of Ella) get me a really nice tail piece for the bike!!

Awesome!!!

I'm liking that tail light assy. Can you provide a Part# and price?
My stock one's bracket just broke and I need to replace it.

I have to agree with how awesome Old Britts service is. In the short time I've been building my Commando, I have placed several small orders with them. They have been unbelievably helpful and the turnaround time is really fast. Their website is a great place to figure things out, then simply ordering the parts from them takes a lot of guesswork out of buying parts. The best!

Here are the prices and part numbers from Old Britts web site:

The following prices are current as of 12/06/12.

Unpolished tail light housing (Part # 17-100030, $115.00)
Polished tail light housing (Part # 17-100030/P, $175.00)
Tail Lamp Assembly (Part # 17-5457600/A/ER, $13.05)
Rear Mini Stalk Turn Signal Bracket, Set (Part # 17-100030/B, $53.00)
Mini Stalk Turn Signals, Set of two, Black Body (Part # 17-100110, $14.95)
Mini Stalk Turn Signals, Set of two, Carbon Body (Part # 17-100111, $18.95)

Mine is the unpolished version, after doing the polishing I noticed it took a considerable amount of time. I think the polished version works out to 15 dollars per hour of my time hahah good deal! But of course time spent working on the bike is good time!!

Wow! What a pleasant way to start my Monday morning! Thank you all for the kind words. This business of ours started out as Fred's passion - it was just a job for me, but it's turned out to be the BEST, as I'm not selling parts you need to fix your broken toilet or your commuter car. I'm selling parts to customers who are very passionate about keeping thier Nortons alive. I love you all for that passion - it keeps me going.

A broken toilet would be a pretty apt description of some of my commuter cars in the past.

Couldn't agree more! Everything has been, fast, easy, polite, correct, my vocab is too small to describe them. I trust everything they sell to be correct and quality, not that feeling of looking at stuff on ebay thinking "hmmm...is this junk?"

Same very positive opinion from my own experience.

Having asked a dummy question, I got a clear and right answer from Fred within 8 hours.

Fred made an adapter that engaged the taper rather than the face of the shaft and sent it out no charge.

Way to go Fred!!!
I have always had good service as well. They called me once when shipping was going to be way too high.
Dan.
