Should there be a thin (1/8 of an inch) strip of rubber on the vertical part of the battery shelf between it and the oil tank?
It shows a strip in parts book but it is not clear (to me at least) where it fits. Is it to stop oil tank rubbing on the battery tray which seems logical as it's rubber mounted. Or it could be to stop the battery itself rubbing the oil tank.
I ask because with the strip between the tank and battery tray the lower edge of oil tank juts out and fitting the outer side cover where the small rubber buffer goes between the Z plate an frame can only be fitted with unacceptable force.
