Could someone please confirm the size of the oil feed/return pipes on my 73 750 from tank to engine please.

I've seen 5/16 and 3/8 bore mentioned but I'm unsure which is right/best. :?:

Mine had barbs on the metal lines originally, and used 5/16" line. When I rebuilt it, I removed the barbs, they're just soldered on, and used 3/8" line.

I have always used 3/8 fuel line from Autozone for my oil lines, they are not under much pressure at all and the

longest ride I go is about 20 miles one way so the oil does not get very hot, good fuel line works fine for me.
