I did try to find that book though without success (at 2:09)

I think it must be a restoration manual for Triumphs
Maybe ask Kenny?

The sound of the bike on the rollers must have been glorious.

When I’m working in my garage I envision myself looking like Kenny. In reality it’s more like the proverbial monkey and a football.
