NYC Norton in Cycleworld

I apologise for the gonadotropic comment. I read the whole article about NYC, which was very nice except for the comment about it taking guts to road race a motorcycle. It was obviously written by a journalist who has never raced. One of the biggest deterrents for people thinking of participating in motorcycle sport is fear of crashing. If you start slow and work up, you won't often do that. When I started the motorcycle club in our town, we built our own MX circuit. We employ the Honda Rider Training School to teach kids how to ride MX bikes on our circuit. - NO guts are needed because the whole thing is systematic. When I started racing back in 1967 - it was not. These days most of the MotoGP riders start in MX.

I'd like to guess!!!

Founder, Head Instructor
Champ school’s CEO leads from the seat of a motorcycle, whether in the dirt on the street or in roadracing competition. Off the bike he writes for Cycle World magazine and you might have his books Sport Riding Techniques and The Hill Ranch Racers. He has a pair of AMA #1 plates on the wall and deep ties from 35 years in the motorcycle industry.
Isn't the internet amazing!!!
