Not charging

Well, the battery is not charging...I've got a/c voltage from the alternator up to the aftermarket voltage rectifier/regulator..how do I test this item?? I'm guessing it's a podronics??tympanium?? who knows?? any suggestions,or experiences are welcome!!! Thank you in advance!!

In that case, you may have to guess how to test it?

Are there any markings at all on it?

Can you post a photo of it?

Have you tested for DC output from it (Amps)?

If it's a solid-state 'powerbox' type of thing and you have sufficient ac going in but insufficient dc coming out it must be knackered!
