Matt all your sensible taste is in your beer stained tongue. What a huge crude container. No wonder it needed side covers. I'm more partial to the P11 or those brutish looking big tube jobs. Btw my P!! was most similar to the small tube Woods racer but 2" lower in the front. Ok I got 6 hr to Hylomar Trixie and show up at work, nighty night.

Theyd thought a resonable quantity a necesity for endurance raceing . Long distance road work in summer gives a comparison .
If theres twice as much oil , it takes twice the time for it to go through , so it lasts twice as long before requireing changeing .
The problem is though , if its only half as big as twice as much , it only stays serviceable half the time . :mrgreen:
The alluminum alloy has a better element of conduction too , the necesity of a oil cooler being less likely .
