Norton Service - Sydney Australia

Dear all, not sure if anyone have any information about who can service the bikes in Sydney. I bought mine at Frasers two years ago and it has been running perfectly but I need to do the annual service and Frasers haven’t been very helpful to say the least. Any feedback would be most appreciated.

Hi Sergio,
Unable to help you with this unfortunately, I'm in the same boat to a degree. I bought my bike just over three years ago and have now started to do the servicing myself, oils and filter changes are straightforward. I've also changed out the clutch and brake fluids, again not too difficult if you follow the service manual, download the manual from a link on this forum if you don't already have it.
If you do find some one please let us know as it would be handy if more serious issues need to be attended to. FYI, I'm in Newcastle and used to take the bike to Sydney for servicing.
PS. oil filters are easily obtained from the UK on ebay, $25 for two delivered.

I read on Norton's site that they changed distributors in Australia in January. That might be part of the problem. The factory can't give some insight ?

Thank you for the replies. The new contact is in Brisbane but they can’t offer much of a help and don’t have any contacts in Sydney. I sent a couple of emails to Norton UK and so far no replies. I know it is a simple bike to work on and I can do simple things like changing the oil but one would imagine that no matter the size of a company when they decide to go to the market with a product they need to have in place a support for the product they sell but I guess this is the price one pays for something “exclusive...”.

I'm in singleton and in the same boat I'll be servicing soon but have another issue I'm a bit out of my depth with
