Norton rebuilder in New England?

Can anyone give a recommendation for a shop who can do a truly competent restoration on a Norton in New England or upstate New York? I have a 1975 Mk III that runs OK but I'm sure needs attention. I'm not looking for a cosmetic job so much as I am someone to do a full mechanical rebuild to my specs --- willing to work with me to make the bike behave as I want it to.

Colorado Norton Works looks to do really nice work, but is REALLY expensive. I'm not looking for a $30,000 job ! I work for a living like most of you !
