Gidday All.
Seem to be spending a lot of time in the Pub. Ah well.
Well 26th January is the celebration of Australia day. this can almost be regarded as our sacred day.

Happy Australia day my son is currently "Down under" and enjoying every minute .
My main worry is he wont want to come back to Blighty which would make me sad .But would mean somewhere for me and beloved (wife) to go to

And on a different note, and just for laffs, Prince Phillip was made a Knight of the Realm
by the Australian Prime Minister - on Australia Day.

Now, this has the locals puzzled, to say the least.
And the Queen is probably wondering too, since she thought that was her job = handing out the gongs to Brits ....
