Norton in trouble?

I hope someone from Norton can step in and clear this up please . Could this all be just some kind of mistake ? I hope so.
 
I deleted it because it seemed like rumor spreading which I didn't want to facilitate. Stuart Garner responded to it via Twitter. Seems to me to be much ado about nothing.

Several HMRC (IRS) notices relating to the late and non submission of accounts have been issued. HMRC take the temp of issuing a winding up notice through companies house when tax accounts are not filed - happens all the time with football (soccer) clubs with the accounts being filed at the last minute which stops the winding up process.
Look at Stuart Garners other businesses, all are late filing accounts, seems to be a tactic?
