No reply from Oldbritts

Been trying to get a reply for several emails, from Fred at Oldbritts USA.
Sent my drive side case for machining. Its in the care of Australia post at the moment.
Anyone know if their closed for holidays or, I hope not, closed down?
Just wanted to let Him know its on its way.

They are running "retirement" hours, and take full holidays.

They're website has the hours, I believe Mon-Thu 9am-4pm pacific time zone.

PEW, that's a relief. Thought they may have gone out of business, and my case may be lost in space.

They are good folks. Retirement hours as said. I have dealt with them always with great results.

They make a great ignition system

I just got a large order of small parts from them and immediately made another for some stuff I forgot. The first order was made on a Saturday and I didn't hear anything until Monday. I got an email acknowledgement right after the second order that the package is on the way, should be here tomorrow, so they are definitely still in business.

I bought a few other things from some of the other well-known Norton stockists and a couple of things from private sellers, but I must say Old Britts website and ordering system is just about as simple and convenient as it could be. I certainly hope when Fred and Ella decide to hang it up, someone buys the business and keeps it going.

All is good, Ella got my phone message and returned my e-mails. Turns out She was sending replies back to their own server.
My case has arrived safe and sound and Fred will do the modification on the 72 cases for me.
As stated, all is good.
