The A65 motor mounts to the frame via a big lug on the rear with two bolts . The top bolt is doable but the bottom (5/16") is impossible no matter what. I tried a piece of threaded rod and even that refused to go in. Please tell me that it was essential to have the stud in place before putting the cases together. What's the trick? Magic dust?The only way I can see of doing it is to remove the clutch and drill through the primary allowing a passageway for a 3" 5/16" stud. A stud would allow removal of the two rear engine plates when necessary. Please tell me there is a gentler way of installing this stud?
