So I decided to get rid of the solo big square mirror and go with dual CRG folding mirrors. The quality is soooooo worth it. High standards of construction and these will not fail like the Chinese ones that are overly-available. I like the look and zero vibration at speed in these mirrors and the folding works as it should, no fuss. Would recommend.
