Hi all

Today's quiz!
Can anyone help me identify these washers? They look like shim washers, but I can't find a part number for them.
ID 11/16", OD 1.5", THK 0.0354" = 0.90 mm

In the Norton-Matchless-AJS 'stainless steel fasteners' list, the closest I see is a bit thicker, its dimensions = 11/16"x1-1/2"x.040. That's part number 04-0135 and is listed in the parts book as a return-spring washer which rides on the gearchange ratchet plate assy.

That's it! Measured thickness varies a little, could be 0.0375" , Quoted thickness is probably rounded.

Thank you, Tom!

Yes, it would have made more sense to see that spacer in all fractions in the document, and I bet it would rightly be 11/16"x1-1/2"x3/8" (.375). There are some gaps, but it has helped me a great deal, especially on the N15CS studs and spacers for the engine, gearbox, and frame.

There's enough click bait floating around.
What's that supposed to mean? Tom helped me identify a shim for which I burnt the midnight oil trying to address. Obviously not that easy, as no one could tell me outright what they were for !
I have some spacers I need help with -- however, this could be too much trivia for some folks. 😛

I have some spacers that were left over from my G15 build, they were with all the other parts in the boxes. Never did need them but would like to know if they were for this bike. Would hate to add to the click bait. ???

I once found the dimensions of a 'block' on this site as well ;)

My mistake.
Apologies, I posted this in the wrong thread.
Wine and age were involved.

Here are the spacers
The two smaller ones are footrest spacers for the '15CS. Here's an eBay listing for a stainless version. I could tell what they are by eye. The spacer is listed as 11/6"x7/8"x.343" (03-0235) but I doubt that .343 is accurate.

For the larger one, whip out the calipers and refer to that PDF of fasteners (I OCR'ed my version using the awesome & free PDF24 online tools), or even easier, using this link I just found searching here: Greg Marsh's searchable database, which is created from that doc, at least in part, from the looks of it. Guessing it's 1-1/4"x1-1/2"x???, which draws a blank tho.
