Tried searching to no avail on site and did not see any info on removing neck bearings. And suggestions from the well seasoned gentlemen?

Will you be reusing them?
If not, use a long 1/2" extension thru the center hole to push the spacer tube away to expose the inner bearing diameter edge,
on which use the extension and a hammer to pound out. Rotating hitting area 180 degrees each hit. This will slowly work the bearing out.

Once one bearing is out, you have full access to the second one. I hope this is clear enough instructions.

If they are like mine were, the lower bearing inner race was rusted TIGHT onto the pivot tube. Weapons of mass destruction were required.

Mind not working at full capacity with everything going on. Having to do things slowly. Left forks on garage floor and drained all the oil out, argh, now gotta clean that up.

Next, get engine out of frame and get ready foe blast and powdercoat! Will feel better when that is done!

If the beatings aren't too destroyed you can also reuse them to help install the new ones when the time comes. I used them and some sockets on a 1/2" threaded rod with washers and nuts and just tightened them right in using the old bearings to protect to the new and act like a guide. Ended up using that rid for a lot on my rebuild!

Throw 'em in the freezer for an hour, slide them in with no effort.
