So while i'm waiting on GB parts, thought i'd tackle the rear wheel, but stuck trying to get the speedo lockring off.Using the factory peg spanner, i tried first wrenching it CCW. No go. Then tried some soft blows with a hammer CCW (not super hard thinking it might be a LH thread). Sure enough it turns out it's a LH thread. So knowing that, i proceeded to whack it pretty hard CW. Ended up breaking my factory peg spanner I then heated it up with some propane and whacked it again with a punch. All that did was deform the lockring indents.Any suggestions. Could this in fact be a right hand thread?
