Nicely designed and executed, not everyone gets the function and style right.
Problem is, I spent a couple of noisy hours this afternoon with a 4" disc grinder clamped upside down in a Rigid pipe vice, dodging showers of sparks.
I was hand grinding the third row of 57 teeth off my clutch basket to suit a Duplex primary chain and seeing wondrous workshops like yours, Icrken and comnoz, makes me feel a bit third world...
Is there a fourth world?... seeing wondrous workshops like yours, Icrken and comnoz, makes me feel a bit third world...
A bit "bling" me me however very nicely done. Is it paint or anodized?A few more photos
Now with a little extra colour
Very Nice work!
BTW is that an aluminum chain guard?

Looks like it's workingThese are out there to catch the eye and start conversations, optional black (pretty much any colour) anodise finish avaliable.
The big plus points are easy MKIII 520 Xring chain conversion (fit Dominator gear box sprocket say 22t ) and a wide range of final drive ratios with easy change rear sprockets, replacement rear sprocket under £20, JT853 series sprockets available on ebay in Steel or aluminium, unsprung weight reduction from the 6082 aluminium carrier alone.

Are you selling those sprocket carriers? I would be interested in a 520 conversion unit in black. Also are the sprockets an off the shelf item and still 2 piece axel I assume?
I saw the one made by CNW but they are for drum brake pre Mk III models.

I've had that idea milling around in my head for years ;-)That's Close enough!
Flip it over and bolt it down on the fixture
Ready to check the assembly
HaHa, "Milling" I love it !!I've had that idea milling around in my head for years ;-)
Very nice. I thought CNW made something like this, but looking at the website, I can´t finde it. Was I dreaming?
Just got my carrier and sprockets. Very nice bits. < ...> I'll highly recommend her.
