Hi Gents.
Supplied with a new Timing cover is a plunger and spring which is inserted into the cover & is in line with the Oil pump outlet...
I take it the spring is fitted first followed by the plunger (so the plunger sits against the oil pump/cover seal to stop it wet sumping?)

Thanks

Yes that's correct just make sure the plunger, spring and bore are spotlessly clean. The plunger should be free moving so take care it doesn't jump out when fitting, a little engine/gear oil can help it stay in place.
