Mikuni with a manafold leak

I have a 74 Commando with a Mikuni that seems to have a leak around the manafold. I have new gaskets to put in but was wondering if anyone had this problem, I could use some tips before I replace them.

I made my own so I could use 1 gasket for both inlet tracts..not so fiddly plus you get to choose the gasket material
