Mikuni install

I am putting my single Mikuni back on my rebuilt head and I did not take notice of where the bolts go.
I have four bolts that are the same lengh and two that are shorter. I think the four longer ones hold the manifold to the head and the short ones attach the rubber carb adapter to the manifold. Can anyone out there confirm or set me straight.

I just put mine back on and the 4 bolts that go into the head were longer and a smaller size. They also took a standard allen wrench. The 2 for the rubber manifold were shorter, larger, and took a metric allen wrench. It sounds like you have it right.

.Hey boz, If I remember right I had to bend the allen wrench a little to get the two inside the manifold. Someone on this forum had one of the inside ones come lose so you might want to go back in when the bike is hot and tighten it again. Phil
