I imagine that would be correct, if he deals with diesels as is common in his area, there may be slight translation problems.

Yes,the fuel oil filter was clogged.Now i understand:when i started engine and increase slowly power-it works but when i tryed drove full power,it did not get enough fuel oil :idea:
