Mi primer Norton

Buenas noches,estoy reconstruyendo mi primer Norton dominator modelo 88 500 cc,lo compre hace bien poco con el cartel destrozado por biela partida, pistón en malas condiciones y cilindro rajado,ya estoy comprando las piezas y dentro de muy poco ya estoy ensamblando todo.
Agradecería toda la ayuda con información y datos a tener en cuenta para la hora de armar la máquina ,saludos

The cracked cylinder is not good news, as everything else is readily available, but new 88 cylinders are not, unless you are ready to pay for the aluminum racing versions. They pop up from time to time on Ebay, but patience is needed.

I'd replace the stock connecting rods with the Thunder rods, since 60 year old used ones are unknown, and breaking them are obviously bad. Some things are just better to replace with new items.

The good news is these motors can be built to be pretty reliable, so long as you follow the manual. A good manual and parts book will serve you well in your adventure.
