He claims a dry weight of 96 kgs. The books say around 147 kgs dry. A friend races a modernbuild Manx, supposedly a bit lighter than the originals. It is just a tad over 300 pounds dry, or about 140 kgs.
I've not seen one that didnt have mg cases and hubs.
Even with the mg cases, the manx engine is a fairly heavy engine. The Dommie 500 twin aluminum engine was 13 lbs lighter than the magnesium Manx engine.

There are a few aluminium bits on that bike, obviously had some bits replaced over the years. Old elektron castings (ie magnesium) are rather prone to fatigue cracking, so maybe for good reason. Sign of a good working life...
