Manx DOHC project

$13,500 seems a tad steep...
If it has a motor, it is worth that. It looks as though it has not been butchered. The badges on the fork shrouds look as though they are rivetted so it probably has a long stroke motor- still very desirable. A Manx frame replica alone, costs $5000. A motor would cost a bomb.
When you buy something like that, you inherit a responsibilty. I was offered a 500cc 1961 Manx in the 1970s for $1300. I did not buy it, because I could not do it justice. When it went back to New Zealand in about 1980, it was fully restored and its price was about $50,000.
