Loose Plug Cap

My Commando started acting up last week. Normally a one kick bike she started starting hard, wouldn’t idle, hesitated on acceleration. I was thinking I would have to sort the carbs again. This morning I installed new plugs as a first step and found that the right hand plug cap had the BP7ES post adaptor stuck in the plug cap with the adaptor off of the plug. It must have shaken itself off. The new plugs have the bike running well. Something else to think about if the bike runs poorly. Best to everyone.

Yeah, it happens. Besides the rough running, some electronic ignitions don't like firing with no load at the end, so it's worth being careful with.
