Looking for Bob Barker

I am looking for transmittion parts... I have been offered a Main Shaft, Lay shaft and all gears for $160 CAD... Does this seem like a reasonable price? The shafts are straight but the gears with bushings will most likely need new bushings.

I forgot to mention that one of the threads on the shafts is slightly damages.. probably needs a die nut run through it; worst case scenario.
