Does anyone have any suggestions for a good tank bag/map pouch for a fiberglass tank? I have a '73 850 Interstate with a fiberglass tank. I saw a great looking one in a seventies Commando article in the Norton Commando Portfolio book. It was like a leather jacket on the tank that the tank bag could attach to.

I visited our local cycle "superstore" last week and was admiring the Cortech 18-Liter strap-on bag for my Dunstall tank. They wanted $107.00, but I found a better deal here:

The bag is premium construction, protective neoprene pad and good strap-down system.

Has anyone with an Interstate tank tried the tank bags that use suction cups to attach? Is this method good or bad?

I personally looked at the 18-liter model to fit my 5-gal. Dunstall tank, and I wanted the larger size for minimal storage for an overnight or 3-day trip. For a Roadster tank, Cortech does offer the following sizes that may be a better fit: 14-liter, 10-liter and a "Super Mini". Just "Google" Cortech and you'll see lots of options & prices.
