It's an aluminum replacement for a husky/Aprilla/KTM fuel pump. AF1 used to stock them https://www.af1racing.com/Zip-Ty-Racing-Male-Aluminum-Fuel-Tank-Fitting

I get them directly from Zip Ty since they are close by
