A "pub" has no place on a forum for motorcycles unless you turn it into a dating site for frustrated motorcyclists of both sexes or the top of the Bar where the Swots do the Glasgow Herald crossword and the "yuppies " discuss share and house prices. Cos if you start ranting and raving about anything else you will be picking a window and leaving rather rapid.
Most of the best laughs and bullshit stories I've had are always in a workshop drinking tea and eating chocolate digestive biscuits( no pun intended biscuit).

I've voted yes if only so there's somewhere for topics that aren't directly related to Nortons.

It doesn't have to be used as a bitching zone and if it goes too far that way then surely those users who post there can tell the guilty party to stfu.

No worries about the "biscuit" pun, auldblue....cakes, or cookies, or biscuits (should be had with gravy), or French fries or chips. There's a ton, er, I mean tonne of difference in our common language. The Triumph Rat forum has a "biker bar" section under the "general" category in their forum. It's exactly what a proposed "pub" section here could be like. Only off limit topics are religion and politics. :mrgreen:

olChris ( second from left) seems a bit too interested in the rear suspension for his own good!
 
If the "Pub" had a license......... i would have posted all those photo's in that group for the ease of veiwing..
