Then I thought whilst I'm this far in I might aswel fit a 5 speed box so I stripped the gear cluster out ready
Then I thought I've got a bit more access to the frame around the swinging arm pivot where they are prone to cracking on an OIF
So it was off with back wheel/swinging arm/rear mudguard to gain proper access!!!

Yep I've made them out of 3mm plate

Frame stiffened where they can crack
Electric start fitted
5 speed gear cluster fitted
New clutch plate fitted (7.3mm)
Hydraulic clutch fitted
Bigger battery tray made and larger battery fitted
I've been out on it this evening and the gearbox and clutch have transformed this bike
