I’m very pleased to introduce something special from longtime Access Norton member Richard Coote. Many of you will already know Richard from the excellent illustrated Norton 961 workshop manuals he has shared with the community over the years. He has now taken that work much further and produced a full 344-page, full-colour book dedicated to the Norton 961.
Inside the Norton 961 is a detailed independent guide to understanding, maintaining and rebuilding Norton’s modern classic. It covers the bike in far greater depth than a normal owner’s manual and brings together Richard’s knowledge, photographs and technical experience in one place. Richard has put a huge amount of work into this project, and I think it deserves to be seen by every 961 owner and enthusiast here.
You can see the full introduction, book details, previews and links here:

You can also get to it from our "Library" Navigation link above.
I’m delighted to be able to support Richard and help share his work with the Access Norton community. Please take a look, and if you own or work on a 961, I think you’ll find this well worth having.
Disclosure: I have no financial affiliation with Richard Coote or the sale of this book. I’m sharing it because Richard has been a valued contributor to the Norton community, and I believe his work will be useful to Norton 961 owners.
