Interstate conversion?????

I have a 1975 MK3 roadster. Can I bolt on an interstate tank and side panels (from a 75) or is conversion work needed? Any advice most appreciated by this new Commando owner.

You'll also need an Interstate seat. The mounting point relative to the tail of the tank s different, so the I'state tank won't fit in the smaller gap left by the Roady seat.

My Interstate has Roadster side panels and looks fine. It may not be totally original that way but side panels can be changed at any time.
