Interesting ride...

Yes those wimpy bicycle wheels ain't up to much road texture speed w/o folding right up and also not much brakes either. This is a pulse jet like the 'Buzz Bombs' sent over England, not much shove till up to some speed so need catapult to launch. There is a more proper motorcycle version of this with two jets that instantly tugs hard against its restraints when throttled up and blow the crust off the hard pack gravel behind it. If Peel can't out sprint the 200 hp bikes to 160 with gasoline+water then will have to add the 400 hp passing gear via a couple of walnut size H2O2 rockets.
