INOA Tech Digest - any write-in corrections/updates?

I just received my copy of the INOA Tech Digest, which was last updated September 1999. I'm curious if there are any write-in corrections/updates that I may want to make to my copy? I'm guessing over the years since it was published there may be a few corrections worth annotating in it?

Mine was compiled before Portuguese layshaft bearings became a known issue, among other things.

Nice reading but somewhat outdated. This forum is the best source of tech info. Yes you will have to weed out the bad advice no matter where you look.
