Hello everyone.

I don't know why, but my 1970 Commando is fitted with indicators.
Now, the bracket holding the front (rhs) indicator has broken due to vibrations.
Contacting Andover Norton, it looks like this is not a stock part.
In the attached picture, is the triangular little bracket pointed by my (fat)finger.

Indicator bracket

Any idea where I can source this, or anything similar?
If this is not a stock part, how were indicators fitted usually?

Many thanks,

Alfredo

Direction indicators would not have been fitted to those early models with the headlamp 'halo' ('S' and '70 Roadster) so the bracket certainly isn't a standard Commando part. By the time indicators were fitted, Commandos had the triangular headlamp brackets and indicator stems with longer threaded sections then doubled as headlamp mountings.

Without knowing where the part was sourced from, you're probably looking at having one custom-made. Is it chrome-plated steel or polished alloy?
