Boyer Brandsen Mk111 is my guess, google that and you will get set up information. Note it is diferent for Norton and BSA compared to Triumph.
Advance should be 30 deg BTDC with electronic on Norton.

Be aware that there are two breeds of Commando engines so two scales of full adv timing. Boyer instructions ignore the Combat which needs max 28-29' or tends to hurt on back fire kick offs. Then all the rest that don't burn to fast so max out 32'. Best practice is once able to start, didle adv, up in tiny 1 degree-ish amounts till hint of backfire starts then restard till just don't. I can't tell if those trigger leads are repaired from prior failure or upgraded to prevent boyer wire failure fbreaks inside the insulation for intermittent operation.
